This year, we are making choices for America.. it's time to appeal to America's traditional desire for freedom, liberty, and local control.  The Republican Party best exemplifies those fundamentals.. We must continue to remind people what it is that makes America the last great hope for the world. 

Wisconsin is not the only place where public sector unions are adversarial. Here in Oregon, they represent a huge political force, and have also placed themselves in conflict with private sector taxpayers. It would seem that control of more than 80% of the state budget just isn't enough. Time to dial back that union power, and put it back into the hands of the taxpayers who pay their salaries and benefits. Need examples of the problems? Failing schools, seriously under-funded benefit promises, double-dipping, massive campaign contributions funded by taxpayers by way of public union member dues, mandatory union membership, ....
